Based in the heart of Mayfair, The Royal Institution of Great Britain at 21 Albemarle Street combines historic and contemporary spaces with over 200 years of scientific heritage.
The venue offers a variety of event settings, including formal dinners in elegant Georgian rooms, conference presentations in the iconic Theatre, away days in the Conversation Room, and canapé receptions extending onto the modern Mezzanine. Its flexible spaces allow for tailored event experiences.
An in-house events team provides dedicated event managers, experienced audio visual (AV) technicians and expert catering services. The venue features state-of-the-art AV equipment, enabling events to be livestreamed to audiences worldwide.
The unique spaces can be configured for events ranging from 6 to 400 people, with ample room to maintain Covid-safe arrangements. All proceeds from hiring the venue support the institution’s charitable activities.
